General conditions of use
- Spark Play Museum is an interactive children’s museum and family experience. It is not a childcare facility, nursery or property storage service. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times.
- Children who need assistance must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the visit.
- Museum activities carry inherent risks, which customers accept voluntarily when using the facilities.
- Please follow museum rules, staff instructions and safety guidance at all times.
- The museum may refuse or end admission without refund if a customer breaks the rules, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk.
- Appropriate socks or footwear are required in the play areas that ask for them.
- Customers who are unwell or have a contagious illness should not enter the museum.
- The museum is not liable for loss of personal belongings, or for injury resulting from failure to follow the rules or from negligent or intentional acts of customers.
Membership & package policy
- Memberships and package tickets are personal and non-transferable; only the registered member may redeem them.
- A recent profile photograph is required when registering, and is used solely to verify identity at check-in.
- Staff may refuse entry or redemption if the person presenting the membership does not match the registered photo.
- The museum may suspend or cancel memberships found to be shared, transferred or used fraudulently.
Emergency & safety
In an accident or medical emergency the museum may take reasonable action to assist, including contacting emergency services or medical providers. Any resulting medical expenses are the responsibility of the customer or their guardian.
Personal data & privacy
The museum collects, stores and processes personal information, including profile photographs, for membership administration, ticket validation, identity verification, customer service, operational reporting, and marketing communications where consent has been given. Information is processed in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Photography & marketing consent
The museum may record photographs or video inside the museum for security, operational, promotional and marketing purposes. Where the law requires it, separate consent will be obtained.
Full privacy policy
The data controller is Spark Play Museum. Personal data — including profile photographs — is collected and processed for membership administration, ticketing, identity verification at check-in, customer service, and marketing communications where consent has been given. Data is kept only as long as necessary for these stated purposes. You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) by writing to contact@sparkplaymuseum.com.
