Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Buying online helps you skip the queue, especially at weekends and on holidays.
Can I drop my child off and pick them up later?
No. Spark is a shared play experience; children must stay with a supervising adult at all times.
How long can we stay?
Most families stay two to three hours; the museum has no fixed time limit.
Can we bring food or snacks?
No outside food in the museum zone. Meals and drinks are available at the café.
What if we lose something?
